Account & data deletion
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This page explains how to delete an account and its data for Creeklog, including the Creeklog Safety and Creeklog Photobooth apps (published by Oadbox). App accounts are created by a business for its staff, so who can delete depends on whether the account is yours or your business's.
1. If you are a team member
Your login was created by your business's workspace. To delete it:
- Ask your workspace owner or an admin to remove you (dashboard → Team → remove user). Your sign-in stops working at once, including in the apps.
- Or email connect@oadbox.comfrom the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Creeklog account” and the name of your business. We will confirm with you and the business, then delete it.
Uninstalling an app does not delete your account. Signing out of an app removes your sign-in and alert token from that phone.
2. If you own the workspace
Email connect@oadbox.comfrom the owner's address asking us to close the workspace. We confirm the request, give you the chance to export what you need, and then delete the workspace and everything in it.
3. If you are a shopper or worker
Photos taken of you by a store using Photobooth, or a business using Safety Vision, belong to that business's workspace. Ask the store or business to delete them — they can do it at once from their dashboard. You can also email connect@oadbox.com with the store or business name and when it happened, and we will help them act on it. Clothing try-on photos are deleted automatically after 30 days anyway.
4. What is deleted, and what is kept
| Data | On deletion |
|---|---|
| Your login, profile and app sign-ins | Deleted. |
| Push-notification tokens for your phones | Deleted. |
| Workspace content (closing a workspace) | Deleted: catalogue, try-ons and their photos, camera evidence, enrolled faces, documents, settings. |
| Activity and audit entries naming you | Kept for the rest of their retention period (up to 2 years) as the business's security record, then deleted. |
| Invoices and payment records | Kept as long as tax law requires. |
| Backups | Overwritten in the normal backup cycle. |
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of confirming them, and tell you when it is done.
