Terms of Service

• The Services are for businesses. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
• A business's workspace owner creates the workspace and invites its team; the mobile apps are signed in to with an account the workspace created. The owner is responsible for who it invites and the role it gives them.
• Keep your password and API tokens secret, and tell us at once if you think they have been misused. You are responsible for what is done with your account and tokens.

• AI Answers — an assistant that answers from your website and documents.
• Content Studio — decks, articles, infographics and video generated from a brief, under your brand kit.
• Safety Vision and the Creeklog Safety app — incidents detected from your cameras, with alerts and review.
• Photobooth and the Creeklog Photobooth app — jewellery try-on on the phone, and AI-generated clothing try-on pictures.

Which products a workspace can use depends on its plan. We improve the Services continually and may change or retire features; we will give reasonable notice before removing something you pay for.

When your business uses Safety Vision or Photobooth, it decides whose images are captured and why. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that, and in particular you agree to:

• display clear notices where cameras monitor people, and tell workers how Safety Vision is used;
• obtain consent before enrolling anyone for face recognition or reading number plates where the law requires it, keep records of that consent, and erase people when asked or when the purpose ends;
• use Safety Vision for workplace safety — not to profile, discriminate against, or covertly monitor people;
• in Photobooth, upload only a photo of the shopper who has agreed to it, and for anyone under 18 only with a parent or guardian's consent;
• answer requests from your workers and shoppers about their data (we will help — see the Privacy Policy).

For personal data in your workspace we act as your processor, on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use the Services to:

• break any law or anyone's rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual-property rights;
• create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content, or any image of a real person they have not agreed to;
• impersonate anyone, or pass off AI-generated pictures or content as real photographs or facts;
• upload malware, probe or overload our systems, get around limits or security, or access another workspace's data;
• copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product, except as the law allows.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

• AI answers, generated content and try-on pictures can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Clothing try-on pictures are AI-generated approximations and jewellery try-on is a visualisation. Neither guarantees how a piece will look, fit, or what colour, size or finish it is. Tell your shoppers so.
• Safety Vision helps people spot hazards; it does not replace your safety systems, supervision or legal duties, and is not a life-safety or emergency system. Incidents can be missed or wrongly flagged — keep a person reviewing them.
• Subject to these terms and the AI providers' terms, you own the output generated for you, as far as the law allows.

You keep all rights in what you put into the Services. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only to provide, secure and support the Services for you. We do not use your content, or images of your workers or shoppers, to train AI models.

We own the Services, the software and our trademarks. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

• Fees are as shown on your plan or order form, excluding taxes, which you pay.
• Some actions (for example an AI answer, a generated deck or a clothing try-on) use prepaid AI credits at the published rate. A failed clothing try-on does not use a credit.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees and unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
• We may suspend the Services if an invoice is overdue, after telling you.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Creeklog Safety and Creeklog Photoboothon devices you own or control, as allowed by the app store you downloaded them from. If you downloaded an app from Apple's App Store:

• these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we — not Apple — are responsible for the app and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
• if the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation;
• we, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual-property claims;
• you confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo or on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Google Play's and Apple's own terms also apply to your use of their stores.

You can stop using the Services and close your workspace at any time; see Account & data deletion. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. On closure we delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy; you can export what you need before then.

We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, but “as is” and “as available”: we do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data; and our total liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

You will compensate us for third-party claims arising from content you upload or from your use of the Services against these terms — for example, using someone's image without their consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, though either of us may seek urgent relief in any court.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account owners before a significant change takes effect. Using the Services after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: connect@oadbox.com.
